Balancing on one foot is called The Stork in yoga.

This is a great test of of your balancing abilities.

As we get older our balance, just like other parts of our body begins to deteriorate. You can improve your balance with practise and as you get older this will help prevent dangerous falls

As we get older we also spend more time at bus stops. Waiting for a bus is a great opportunity to practise your balance. Do the stork! Not only will it pass the time whilst you wait for the bus it will help you gracefully embrace old age.
